9:11 PM Hooooo!!! Tired as usuallll =O Just came bak from sch like.. 1hr ago ;x Omg~ today found out sth nia! while doing our PAM prac... CAN TAKE PIC ON HOW THE MICROSCOPE ZOOM AT THE PLANT CELLS!~~~ COOL SIA! xDD  Peak-a-BOO!~ It's 40x! xD  The most powerful magnification i think... O.o ... 1000x! xD  This is wad happened after u put sodium chloride inside =X it's Plasmolysis! it's plant abuse!! *note: sodium chloride replaced the water in between the Glass slide and cover slide, thus making osmosis possible. Plant cell then becomes turgid. boooo!!! ... tired tired tired!!! tmr needa do CATS group proj =O booooo!~ got PAM lecture, which is SIAO! ... coz the lecturer just tok non-stop... (omg omg) hard to catch the notes x_x aaahhhhsssssss!! Thats all for today! じゃね！ |
